One of the goals of Lutheran Family Service is to take our spirit of hope, our expertise and our heart for service out of our office locations and into churches and homes across the state.
In partnership with congregations, Lutheran Family Service brings information, encouragement and support to many both in and outside of the church. Our outreach programs focus on three areas: Healthy Marriages, Remembering Hope – supporting those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia and the family members and loved ones who care for them, and a program to equip and encourage teens called Whose UR. These programs are designed to meet real needs for members of the local congregation, but also for those in the community regardless of their faith or church affiliation.
“We care because that little girl in her mother’s womb has no voice;
she is more than a “CHOICE.” #shesababy”
Lutheran Family Service is proud to be a member of the Coalition of Pro-Life Leaders. We would love to help keep you informed and involved. This group is indeed stronger together as we serve to be the voice for the little girl in the mother’s womb.
